Job Description
Brookhouse Designs is thrilled to offer a position for an innovative and detail-oriented Architect to join our Lagos, Nigeria team. The selected candidate will be instrumental in planning, designing, and managing various building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create architectural designs and detailed construction drawings.
- Convert client briefs into effective technical designs.
- Generate compelling 2D/3D presentations using advanced design software.
- Perform comprehensive site evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to all building regulations.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and contractors.
- Oversee all phases of construction projects.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Architecture.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in architectural software.
