Job Description
StarGuide HR Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced External Interview Assessor to enhance our financial services team. The successful candidate will conduct virtual interviews utilizing a psychology-driven approach for candidate evaluation.
Key Responsibilities: The role includes conducting behavioral interviews, assessing emotional intelligence, collaborating with hiring teams, providing objective assessment reports, and ensuring confidentiality throughout the evaluation process.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. Candidates should have relevant experience in behavioral assessments.
