Job Description
JTech Global Resources Ltd is in search of a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to oversee our trading floor and lead our team of Customer Service Agents. The successful candidate will possess at least two years of relevant experience, particularly within the digital assets or gift card sectors. Your primary focus will be on ensuring outstanding service delivery while managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise team members, monitor daily operations, address escalated inquiries, train new employees, analyze service metrics, and ensure adherence to established policies.
Qualifications: A minimum of two years in a supervisory position, comprehensive knowledge of digital assets, exceptional communication skills, proven leadership qualities, and proficiency with customer service tools are required.
