Job Description
Toyin Olatunbosun and Partners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our executives and ensure the seamless operation of our Abuja office. The ideal candidate must possess 1-2 years of administrative experience, exceptional communication skills, and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support, manage executive calendars, coordinate office activities, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and outstanding organizational skills are required.
