Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled Relationship Officer to join our team in Suleja, Niger State. In this full-time, on-site position, you will manage customer relationships, oversee loan disbursement and collection, verify customer businesses, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for loan disbursement.
- Verify businesses and assess loan amounts.
- Ensure timely collection of repayments.
- Foster strong business relationships.
- Provide financial guidance to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in microfinance or banking is preferred.
