Location: Lagos (Mainland – 2 positions, Island – 2 positions)

Compensation: ₦200,00 base salary + ₦50,00 performance bonus + uncapped commissions
Rosabon Financial Services Limited is in search of 4 Sales Team Leads to drive fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) sales across Lagos. This leadership role entails mentoring a dynamic sales team, meeting targets, and fostering exceptional customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire sales representatives.
- Execute sales strategies and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide training and conduct performance evaluations.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, proven leadership abilities, and preferred knowledge of the telecom industry.
