Job Description

Horatio Limited is in search of a highly skilled Project Planner / Project Control Specialist to assist with a crucial upcoming project. The successful candidate will oversee project scheduling, monitor progress, manage risks, and control costs to ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Track project milestones and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Create risk registers and execute effective mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee project expenditures and prepare detailed financial reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; must possess COREN certification.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing large-scale construction projects.

Required Skills: Proficiency in project management software, along with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
