Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead the daily functions of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
The role includes responsibilities such as staff management, ensuring guest satisfaction, upholding hotel standards, and enhancing operational efficiency. The Hotel Operations Manager will work closely with multiple departments to foster a friendly and inviting atmosphere for both guests and team members.
A degree in hospitality management or a related discipline is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in hotel management.
