Job Description
FOOD CONCEPTS, the company behind Chicken Republic, is on the lookout for a Learning and Development Field Trainer to elevate our team’s skills and performance. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3-4 years of experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations, with a strong grasp of QSR workflows, customer service standards, and operational challenges.
We seek an individual with a proven track record in designing, delivering, and assessing training programs, ideally within a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment. This is a full-time position, welcoming new graduates. The monthly compensation ranges from ₦250,00.00 to ₦300,00.00.
