Job Description
Mega Bejanmin & Eric Limited – AKT Lighting Nigeria, a leading manufacturer of lighting solutions, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Human Resource Manager. This role is based in Festac, Lagos, and is a full-time on-site position.
As a Human Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing recruitment processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring that HR initiatives align with our company goals. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, possess 3–5 years of relevant experience, demonstrate a strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws, and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
The salary range for this position is N150,00 – N250,00 per month.
