Job Description
PWAN GROUP is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, overseeing payroll functions, developing HR policies, and enhancing employee relations. Additionally, you will coordinate training programs and maintain precise employee records.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, a minimum of 3 years of HR experience (preferably within the real estate sector), and comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian labor laws. Proficiency in HR software and exceptional communication skills are mandatory.
