Job Description
- Manage and oversee paralegals and legal assistants.
- Facilitate solutions to clients’ problem services.
- Facilitate solutions to clients’ problem.
- Providing guidance and legal outcomes.
- Document drafting and review.
- Preparing Legal Documents.
- Reviewing contracts and agreements.
- Ensuring Legal Documents are Accurate and Binding.
