Job Description
Company: GP REBOOT & STRUCTURE
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop architectural blueprints for various construction projects.
- Work closely with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ascertain project requirements.
- Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and comprehensive construction documents.
- Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes and regulations.
- Supervise construction to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Architecture is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design.
- A strong portfolio is essential.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
Compensation: ₦350,00.00 – ₦400,00.00 per month
