Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients.
- Assess and prioritize care based on patients’ critical needs.
- Ensure proper storage of medicinal products to maintain quality and efficacy.
- Administer medications accurately in correct forms and dosages.
- Dispense and deliver medications promptly for both inpatients and outpatients.
- Advise patients on medication regimens and potential side effects.
