Job Description
Our client, Fadac Resources, is a diversified holding company with a strong presence in the Manufacturing, FMCG, and Agriculture sectors. They operate across these industries, demonstrating their commitment to excellence and innovation in diverse markets. Due to expansion, they are looking for a skilled ERP Officer to join their Manufacturing Sector located in Ikorodu.
Job Description:
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Resolving IT support requests from employees. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Setting up new PCs for new employees during the onboarding process. Install, update, and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications software.
- Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the optimum benefit from them.
- Perform day-to-day monitoring to ensure that systems are not working slow.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks. Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
- Replace faulty system parts as required.
- Have basic knowledge in the Windows server.
- Proficient with MS-Office packages.
- Proficient with Windows OS.
- Basic knowledge of Google Appsheet.
