Job Description
The Paper Packaging Company (TPPC) is looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Service Representative to become a valuable member of our team in Abuja. As the initial point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring they enjoy a seamless and satisfying experience with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide detailed information about our products and services
- Process customer orders and monitor delivery status
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Maintain precise and up-to-date customer records
Qualifications:
- ND, HND, or B.Sc in any discipline
- Exceptional communication skills
