Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct new employee orientations and assist in onboarding processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have 2-3 years proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Certification in Human Resources.
