Job Description
Express Resource Connect is actively searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Executive Sales Associate. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for mobilizing Assets Under Management (AUM) and driving revenue growth through an enticing commission-based compensation structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective sales strategies to enhance AUM
- Engage prospective clients to showcase our financial products
- Foster and maintain client relationships to ensure retention and expansion
- Surpass sales targets to optimize earnings potential
Compensation Package:
- Commission: 0.5% annually on average AUM mobilized
- Performance bonuses up to ₦150,00
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage
Requirements: Candidates must be 45 years old or younger, possess relevant experience, and hold a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
