Job Description
HR on Wheels, an innovative all-in-one professional services platform connecting SMEs with service providers, is looking for a talented Business Manager. This role is critical to the commercial success and growth strategy of a new B2B product aimed at enhancing service delivery to small and medium-sized enterprises.
Key Responsibilities: Lead revenue and profitability initiatives, create go-to-market strategies, analyze market trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, and design engaging customer interaction processes.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, deep understanding of the SME market, exceptional leadership abilities, and an entrepreneurial approach.

Salary: ₦500,00.00 – ₦700,00.00 per month
