Job Description
Phronesis Homes is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lagos. This full-time, on-site position requires effective communication with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales activities, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales operations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication and customer service skills, proven experience in sales and management, and a track record of achieving sales targets. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as a solid understanding of marketing strategies, are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
