Job Description
Royal Laundry, located in Abeokuta & Ogun State, is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Laundry Business Manager. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily dry cleaning operations and manage staff effectively. Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, addressing customer complaints, and monitoring sales and expenses to implement strategies for revenue growth.
Applicants should possess an HND qualification with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Strong leadership and customer service skills, along with basic financial literacy and computer competencies, are essential.
