Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all human resources activities within our organization. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Administering employee benefit programs and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Developing and managing employee performance evaluation processes.
  • Providing guidance and support to department managers on employee relations issues.
  • Managing employee training and development programs.
  • Overseeing employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
