Job Description

The Factory Ng is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to oversee various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize recruitment processes
• Implement and uphold HR policies
• Maintain and organize employee records
• Provide guidance on HR-related issues
• Ensure adherence to labor laws
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
• Address and resolve employee grievances
• Oversee employee benefits administration
• Conduct training sessions for staff development
• Create and present HR reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Demonstrated HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws
• Exceptional communication skills
