Job Description
Naji Realties is on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Front Desk Officer to become a vital part of our hospitality team in Abuja, preferably near Utako. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with their inquiries.
- Manage room assignments and handle check-ins/check-outs.
- Address and resolve guest complaints with professionalism.
- Keep the front desk area organized and presentable.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospitality role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with hotel management software.
Salary: N90,00 – N120,00 Monthly.
