Job Description
The RiverBank School is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, collecting HR-related data, and establishing efficient data management protocols to ensure the secure organization of HR information.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience. Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel, is essential. Candidates with HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP will be given preference.
This is a full-time position, commencing on May 5, 2025.
