Job Summary

The Client Relationship Representative establishes, retains, and deepens customer relationships by performing efficient and accurate educational tourism service transactions.

• Minimum Qualification: HND
• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
• Counsel and convert prospective clients by providing up-to-date information on all our services.
• Deliver a presentation on an assigned institution as designated by the business.
• Provide business intelligence information.
• Execute Clients’ tasks in alignment with all organizational policies, processes, and checklists.
• Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the liaison between customers and relevant organizations and agencies where necessary.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven experience in Client Relations or Relationship Management.

Requirements:

• Background in customer service; industry knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
• A customer-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and management skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work well with a team. Effective coordination skills.
