Job Description
Recruit Drive is excited to invite applications for the position of HR Lead in Abuja. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 250,00 to 400,00 within the hospitality and hotel sector. The HR Lead will oversee recruitment processes, onboarding procedures, and employee relations, while ensuring adherence to labor regulations.
Qualified candidates should possess a relevant degree and have 3-5 years of HR experience, alongside a strong grasp of HR procedures and Nigerian labor laws. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in HR software are essential. An HR certification is preferred.
