Job Description

• Our client is seeking to hire an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team and continue providing exceptional service to our customers.
• As an Experienced Customer Service Officer you will be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• You will engage with our customers, resolve their inquiries, and provide valuable support throughout their buying journey.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and general inquiries.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as logistics and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
