Job Description
The Machine and Equipment Corporation Africa is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal and Corporate Services Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts, provide legal support regarding corporate governance, and conduct in-depth legal research.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Law (LL.B and B.L)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
