Job Description
Talent Flow Consulting is looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Customer Experience Assistant to improve customer interactions both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an enjoyable shopping experience for walk-in customers.
- Address inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and Instagram direct messages.
- Oversee social media postings and promotional activities.
- Assist with daily sales tracking and documentation tasks.
