Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bbtskincare. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing product information and assistance to customers
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintaining accurate customer records
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous customer service experience and proficiency in using customer service software and tools are highly preferred.
