Job Description
– Provide secretarial support and clerical duties
– Receive, direct, and relay phone call inquiries and messages
– Receiving and attending to clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
– Open and date stamp all general correspondence
– Maintains customer relation services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in any discipline
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Social media savvy
- Social media organic traffic generation skills
- Excellent social media engagement strategies
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to learn and adapt easily to new work procedures and environment
- Good organization skills
- Ability to deliver results and leadership ability
