Job Description

NEM Insurance Plc is in search of a motivated Agency Controller to develop a team comprising 2 active Unit Managers and 5 Financial Planners. The objective is to achieve monthly sales of ₦2 Million, with a minimum sales threshold of ₦1 Million to qualify for 50% of the monthly pay on a pro-rata basis.

This position is ideal for seasoned insurance agents who are keen to collaborate with a reputable company. Candidates should possess 2 to 3 years of experience within the insurance industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract (12-36 months)

Salary: ₦180,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month
