Job Description
Tangerine Life is on the lookout for a talented Unit Manager who can drive business success through the effective recruitment and training of Financial Advisers. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing business segments aligned with our corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit a team of Financial Planners consistent with corporate objectives.
- Maintain established productivity standards.
- Develop diverse business segments according to the sales strategy.
- Provide training for Financial Planners in partnership with the Training unit.
- Uphold the brand’s image while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Profile: A graduate (B.Sc, HND) with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience is required.
Salary: N63,00 – N150,00 Monthly.
