Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Growth and Sales Lead at our company. As the Growth and Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving our sales and revenue growth through effective strategies and initiatives.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve company objectives
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
- Leading and supervising the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify potential growth areas
- Monitoring sales metrics and reporting on sales performance
