Job Description

Salary: ₦400,00 – ₦500,00 monthly
The Plating Supervisor is responsible for overseeing meal portioning and presentation, ensuring that all preparations meet customer specifications, airline standards, and food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the plating team
- Maintain high-quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Coordinate meal labeling processes
- Monitor operational efficiency
- Train and develop staff
- Report issues to management
Requirements: AON or HND in Hospitality Management, a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, and a strong understanding of food safety practices.
