Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive customer records in the CRM system.
- Document customer interactions and process sales reports effectively.
Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc in related fields with 1-4 years of experience.
Salary: N80,00 monthly.
