Job Description
· Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries, direct messages, and Direct Message correspondence on social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
· Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and issues.
· Log and process orders from social media for processing on the CRM/Order Management Platform.
· Propose new ways and strategies to improve customer experience and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: ₦100,00.00 – ₦130,00.00 per month
