Job Description
Prestigious Homes Limited, a distinguished luxury home builder, is on the lookout for skilled individuals to join our team as a Construction Manager in Lagos. We take pride in crafting magnificent homes that embody superior craftsmanship and stunning architectural designs.
We are inviting applications from both Junior and Senior Level Engineers / Builders who possess experience working with reputable construction firms, such as Elalan, Julius Berger, and Cappa D’Alberto.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in site and project management.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction processes.
- Ability to efficiently manage schedules, budgets, and workforce.
- Exemplary professionalism and leadership capabilities.
Salary: N250,00 – N400,00 monthly (negotiable).
