Job Description
KRISHAT PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resource Personnel to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and will play a key role in the recruitment process, which includes screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. This position will involve welcoming new employees and guiding them through the compensation and benefits process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll for all staff. Additionally, the selected individual will maintain compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal human resources regulations.
