Job Description
Clerview Business Solutions Ltd is currently looking for a Property Management Officer to facilitate the daily operations and administration of our company-owned or leased properties in Lagos. The successful candidate will have a solid background in sourcing property leads, coordinating maintenance tasks with contractors, managing bookings, and addressing tenant inquiries. Familiarity with property management software is highly advantageous.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) is required. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of NGN 75,00 to 150,00.
