Job Description
Ansaldo People Solutions Limited is currently searching for a Human Resource Officer to provide essential administrative support to the school’s Director. Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment initiatives, managing employee relations, and ensuring the maintenance of accurate HR records. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably within an educational environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical, as is a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and employment laws. Candidates with professional HR certifications will be given preference.
