Position Summary: Hikvision MEA is looking for a proficient Technical Support Engineer to deliver exceptional technical support, facilitate pre-sales project implementation, and oversee product access compliance within assigned regions.
Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support for both headquarters and international regions.
- Work collaboratively with local teams to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver product training and assess customer requirements.
- Partner with sales teams to ensure effective product management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience, preferably in the security sector.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Willingness to travel or relocate internationally.
