Job Description
PennyLender Limited is excited to announce an opening for an Operations Associate to enhance our dynamic team. In this key role, you will undertake essential administrative and clerical duties to support our daily operations within the financial sector. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, preparing loan documentation, onboarding new loans, reviewing files, and drafting pay-off statements.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant training in operations and risk management in a financial institution, complemented by excellent customer service skills and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications required:
- ND, HND, or BSc in any discipline
- Experience in a financial institution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
