Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer/Secretary. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.

As a Front Desk Officer/Secretary, your main duties will include managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, handling mail and courier services, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Additionally, you will assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential for this position, as you will be expected to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor. Proficiency in common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
