Job Description
Fitplus Gym and Health Studio is seeking an organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and optimize workflow across all departments. The successful candidate will hold a degree and possess at least one year of relevant experience in operations management.
Key responsibilities include supervising front desk, maintenance, and fitness staff; managing employee schedules; facilitating training; conducting performance evaluations; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; and efficiently addressing member feedback.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00.
