Job Description
Tiens Group is currently seeking National Managers for our operations in African countries. As a National Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our business in the assigned country.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals
- Managing and leading a team of professionals to drive sales and business growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and suppliers
- Monitoring market trends and competition to identify new opportunities
We require candidates with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in leading a team, and experience in the African market. Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in local languages is a plus.
