Job Description
Finebricks Properties and Investment Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team in Lagos. This full-time, on-site role includes overseeing daily sales operations, formulating effective sales strategies, and leading the sales team. The ideal candidate will excel in nurturing and managing customer relationships while consistently achieving a monthly sales target of 50 million. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, demonstrate proven abilities in sales strategy development, team leadership, and customer relationship management, and exhibit strong negotiation and closing skills. Experience in real estate sales will be considered an advantage.
