Job Description
DelonJobs is looking to hire a SME Business Development Officer for a leading financial institution located in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate would be responsible for assisting in the partnership engagement and document execution, development of segment specific product(s), ensuring that products meet the need of the targeted segment, competes favorably in the marketplace, remains profitable through the entire life cycle, and attains significant market dominance. Interested candidates must possess a first degree in any relevant discipline and a minimum of 2 years of cognate experience. The salary is competitive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage documentation and due diligence processing of requests regarding partners and new product development.
- Monitor the revenue streams and expense lines for proactive recommendations.
- Carry out research and analysis on market/product and landscape and prepare reports with insights.
- Identify partnerships and leads that can sustain the growth of SME digital products and services.
- Support the activities of the Team Lead on business development initiatives.
- Monitor the partnership and business development impact/SLAs.
Job Requirements:
- Support others and provide practical knowledge, competence, and expertise.
- Use researched and data-backed information when solving problems and apply sensitivity and logic when handling conflict situations.
- First degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ cognate experience.
