Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the finance team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate financial trends, making strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Oversees the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the company’s revenue/expenses and balance sheet reports.
- Develops and maintains systems of internal controls to safeguard the financial assets of the Company.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CPA).
- Proven 6 – 10 years minimum experience in a senior accounting or finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- A strong analytical mind and comfortable working with numbers.
