Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the finance team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate financial trends, making strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Oversees the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the company’s revenue/expenses and balance sheet reports.
• Develops and maintains systems of internal controls to safeguard the financial assets of the Company.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CPA).
• Proven 6 – 10 years minimum experience in a senior accounting or finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• A strong analytical mind and comfortable working with numbers.
